  I’ve been going to Bodysharp studio since August 2017. My goal was to get back into training, build up my strength and tone my body. I remember my first session very well, I felt like a “rabbit caught in headlights”. I worked hard, was knackered, went home and slept like a new born baby.
  
  I continue going because the sessions are varied, fun and my overall fitness has vastly improved. I look forward to my weekly sessions. I’m amazed at the range of advice we are given individually and as a group, in terms of technique and nutrition. Our coach Mickey Spice Mike is a true inspiration as his support doesn’t stop when you walk out the door.
  
  Bodysharp is not just a fitness studio, it’s a warm friendly environment, with members who encourage and support each other. The sessions are challenging, but If you are looking to transform your mind, body and soul then Bodysharp is the place for you.
